Yesterday we played hooky and went down to Balboa Park to take advantage of free museum day. We visited Reuben H. Fleet Science Center and the Natural History Museum. How fun. It makes me realize how few days like this I will have with Alex since he is planning to leave the nest in the Fall to go to College. I was so thrilled that he wanted to join us - I'm sure it was us - not the fact that he was happy to miss Physics class - no really, he wanted to spend time with us!
